We're all good here! Scraped by with only minor damage by the narrowest of margins. I'm wiped out after the insanity of the last week though... let's hope the Atlantic gives us a well-deserved break.

I am in Venice, FL. Do I need to worry about storm surge through the day? High tide is at noon——the tide yesterday at noon was scary enough!

I know you are busy and your work is appreciated. However, what do you see happening after Idalia clears the east coast? Some strings of spaghetti show it coming back to the mainland.

That was a wild band across eastern Leon for sure. Max gust in the county that I've seen was actually right by me in Southwood at the FSUS WeatherSTEM (56 mph).
