Doc, mood music is so fitting...maybe even Hall and Oates' "Sara Smile" if even better news in a few days! Thanks so much for these updates.

Let's hope. I think as long as we're not dealing with a hurricane, the rain "threat" is actually a benefit to most at this point.

Yes, or Jefferson Starship “Sara” :)

Super appropriate. “Storms are brewin' in your eyes” and all. The music video even features a tornado…and Rebecca De Mornay, which I just learned today.

Dr. Ryan,

I thought you'd like to know that in today's paper (11/14), the Sarasota Herald Tribune published your article from yesterday and included an image labeled "Exclusive Accuweather Forecast Tropical Eye Path" which shows Sarah's path curving into South Florida as a Cat 2 Hurricane by Wednesday 2PM. That's a clearly inaccurate image that totally misrepresents what you said yesterday (and today) only for the purpose of scaring people. Were I you, I would object to Sarasota Herald Tribune for misrepresentation of your article!

Thanks for letting me know. I saw that was the preview image for the online version of the article and put a stop to it shortly after it went to press in the USA Today Florida papers. Annoying that it went out in print after that. And bad call by AccuWeather to issue it as a deterministic forecast in the first place.

Actually I only subscribe to the online version of the Sarasota paper. That's where I saw this version of the article. I tried to include the article (with picture) in my post but for some reason I couldn't get the graphic to copy.

Ha, good choice of music! I’ve had the other Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac “Sara” (from the earlier Tusk album) stuck in my head for days now. Thanks, GFS!

I was actually planning on the Tusk (Tusk!) Sara for tomorrow and had "Nineteen" by the Old 97s queued up for today, but had to rewrite after the upgrade and thought the Tango version of Sara was more apt at that point.
