Florida tropical threat synopsis: Tropical Storm Bertha is centered over southwestern Louisiana this morning and will continue westward into eastern Texas today. Impacts are limited to low-end tropical-storm-force wind gusts, intermittent showers, and 1-3’ feet of elevated tides along the immediate western Gulf Coast south to southern Texas. All impacts will wrap up by tomorrow morning.
