A wave in the Central Atlantic is one to watch down the road as the northwestern Gulf looks to stay wet.
Florida and continental U.S. tropical threat synopsis: Over the next seven days, there are no threats to Florida, while the western Gulf Coast will be very wet as a disturbance lingers near the coast. There is a window for a potential hurricane threat to Florida and/or the Gulf Coast a week and a half to two weeks out.
